I cannot see the livestream
The livestream can only be viewed during the event (04.03.2025; 01:30 pm).
A sufficient internet connection and an up-to-date browser are required to receive the livestream without any problems. Please also take a look at our technical requirements.
If you still have problems, try refreshing the page. Simply click “F5”.

I don't have any sound
If you do not receive any sound, make sure that you have not switched your device to mute. You can usually find the setting for this in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
Also check whether the tab in which you have opened the live stream may have been switched to mute. To unmute it, right-click on the tab and select “Unmute for this website”.

I have a content-related question
For content-related questions, please use the window to the right of the livestream. You can submit questions there, which will then be answered by the moderator. Please note that due to the large number of questions, it is not possible to answer every single question.
Technical requirements

Browser
Unrestricted functionality of the event is only guaranteed when using the latest browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft EDGE, Firefox, Opera, Yandex).
Do not use Internet Explorer. -
End device
An up-to-date device is required to follow the event without any problems. In principle, the event is accessible from PCs and laptops, tablets and smartphones. However, for the best experience, we recommend that you use a PC or laptop.

Cookies
Technically necessary cookies are used at this event to enable the functionality of the livestream and the question and voting functions. Therefore, please do not use cookie blockers.

Internet connection
A stable internet connection is required to participate in this event. Otherwise, there may be restrictions such as a faltering picture or sound or even a failure of the livestream.
If you have problems with your internet connection, please try the following steps:
Do not dial in via VPN or an external server
The use of encrypted network connections (such as VPN) or external servers restricts the connection and should therefore be switched off if necessary.Switch the router on and off
Restart your router.Cable instead of WLAN
To get the most out of your Internet connection, you should connect your device with a LAN cable. This makes the line more stable.
